What this site collects.
The audit form
It asks for your name, business name, email address and mobile number, and then for context about your setup: your sector, roughly how many enquiries you get, where they come from, which problems are costing you, whether you use a CRM, your timescale, and anything you choose to type in the last box. The first four are used to call you back and to send you the confirmation email. The rest are used to make the call worth having. None of it is sold, shared with advertising networks, or added to a marketing list.
The call
Sending the audit form is your consent for us to ring the number you give, once, in working hours, to talk through your business. The call is not recorded. If you would rather we emailed instead, say so in the last box of the form.
Cookies
None are set. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
The town in the examples
The examples on the home page name a town. To make that your town, the site uses your internet connection to estimate the town or city you are browsing from. The estimate is used once to choose a place name. It is not stored, not logged, and not linked to anything else about you, and your device is never asked for its location. If a town cannot be worked out, or you are outside the UK, the examples say Manchester.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for twelve months from last contact, then deleted. You can ask for them to be removed sooner by emailing info@re-fueld.com.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to the address above and expect a reply within one month.
